Stephen Mambu Gbanyan, Jr

Stephen M. Gbanyan, Jr. is a health information systems and digital health leader serving at the Ministry of Health, Liberia, where he coordinates the Health Information Systems, Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, ICT (HMERT) & NHIC and leads the establishment and operationalization of the National Health Intelligence Center (NHIC). His work focuses on strengthening health information systems, promoting data governance, advancing digital health transformation, and ensuring that high-quality data are used to drive evidence-based decision-making across Liberia's health sector. I am very passionate about transforming health data into actionable intelligence that saves lives.
