Regina Samuels

Regina Samuels is the Digital Health Coordinator at the Directorate of Policy, Planning and Information (DPPI), Ministry of Health, Sierra Leone. She leads the National Digital Health Coordination Unit, driving the implementation of digital health strategies, strengthening health information systems, and promoting interoperability, data governance, and evidence-based decision-making. She works closely with government institutions, development partners, and technical stakeholders to advance the National Health Information Hub and improve the use of health intelligence for better health outcomes.
